Bedside Beauty

Hello everyone:) I do apologize for not posting for a couple of days i have just been bombarded with test revision and homework:( Anyway, im doing a post for you now, so its all good:)
Today the post will be about 'Bedside Beauty' in other words what's on my bedside table.

As you can see from the first photo i do not have a bedside table so instead i actually use a small part of my windowsill. So, on my window sill i have a few little items. I have a diary, journal, address book and notes book. I use all of these apart from the address book, i probably should begin using it. The notebook is especially useful late at night when i think of blog ideas or something else i always jot it down! I have kept up writing in my diary for four years now and im very proud of myself;)

I also have 6 different beauty products on my windowsill. I have.....
  • Nail Biting Deterrent - This is my saviour at the moment. I recently grew my nails all long and lovely and then i bit them and i am so disappointed in myself as i hate them small and jagged. But inside this pot is a small sponge and a disgusting tasting liquid. You slot your finger into the sponge and it coats it in this liquid and it tastes awful and this stops me biting my nails.
  • Tesco Hydrating Night Cream - This is a great product too. It was just under £1 and so brill. I put it on before i go to sleep and when i wake up in the morning my skin is all soft and smooth.
  • Lazy Spa, Sleep Onit - I have used this product so much and i do need to repurchase it soon! Again you put it on your hands before you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning they are so soft and smooth. This can also be used on your feet. This isn't a hand cream for normal use though but it is amazing and it actually from marks and spencer's.
  • Nivea Lip Balm - This product is very good and does the job. I use it on a daily basis and i have noticed the effect as i do get chapped lips unfortunately but it does the job very well.
  • Neutrogena, Fresh Foaming Cleanser - I occasionally use this product but it not a staple in my skincare routine. I use it sometime to try and get rid of spots but it is a two in one and is a cleaners too. it is a good product but i haven't noticed any obvious results from it.
  • Protect, Dry Skin Cream - I love this so much. It cost me £0.60 as it is an ASDA brand. It is a moisturiser cream but you only apply it to the dry skin patches on your face and neck. It works so well and i can really notice the effects in the morning and it is a great product.

I hope you have all enjoyed reading about my bedside beauty products.
Lots of love,
