Autumn Beauty Essentials

Its now September and the transition between summer and autumn occurs. I find choosing suitable clothing for this time of year tricky, because i still want to cling onto summer but i don't want to start wrapping myself up in scarves and gloves. So, i have a blog post in mind which will be up soon. Beauty products is also a problem as skin becomes drier and body lotion isn't applied as frequently. On that note, here are my autumn beauty essentials.

Skin Care
  • Balance Me Pure Skin Face Wash - This is a great face wash that you can really notice a difference after using. It is a skin balancing cleanser so balances the your skin out helping it to get ready for autumn.
  • Protect Dry Skin Cream - This is an absolute must have for autumn. Its a cream that im sure ive mentioned here before, but you apply this to areas of dry skin and it clears it and smooth's it out. This is great and works so well, its also only about 90p.
  • Simple Intensive Lip Moisturiser - Another must have product here. This is great for sore lips to sooth them. Its more of a gel than a balm which i prefer because im sure its working. It heals any cracks and gives more moisture to your skin.

Hair Care
  • Trevor Sorbie Beautiful Curls Beach Hair Spray - In summer everyone loves natural beachy waves that you get from swimming in the sea and lying on the beach. But after summer they disappear, that's where this spray comes in. Its perfect and can be applied on wet or dry hair.
  • Tresemme Heat Defence Styling Spray - In the summer my hair drys so quickly outside in the hot sun but in autumn i don't want to sit outside with wet hair, so using a hair dryer is better. That's why heat protectant is here to help to stop damaging your hair.
  • John Frieda Frizz Ease Nourishing Oil Elixar - this is amazing and i love it. You use it to nourish your hair and soften it and i think its incredible. Oils and serums are also great at fighting frizz and smoothing your hair. A cheaper alternative is the aussie soft feel serum.

Bath & Body
  • The Body Shop Aloe Comforting Bath Oil - In the autumn i tend to have a lot more baths and that's when i use bath oils and bubble bath to keep my skin feeling soft and smooth.
  • Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter - I use a lot thicker moisturisers in the autumn instead of lighter ones in the summer. I love this butter from soap and glory because its super thick and very moisturising. It also smells amazing!
  • Nspa Foot File - To keep your feet looking lovely i love this nspa foot file which contains everything you need. It has a brush, file, pumice stone and a smoothing file. Its an essential for nice feet even when your not wearing flip flops or sandals.
The problems with photographing outside hahah!!
