What I Ate Wednesday #2

I honestly thought when i decided to begin this series of posts it would be so easy to do, how wrong i was. Not only do i have to remember to photograph my meals in the day i need to make them look presentable,hah. But i'm back with these posts and i'm set to make it a regular thing.

For breakfast i made myself a smoothie in my nutribullet. I used 1 banana, handful of washed strawberries, a stick of chopped celery, handful of dried apricots and about 250ml of orange juice.

For lunch i made my usual salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, grated cheese, chopped pepper and sliced ham, obviously not forgetting my absolute favourite sweet chilli sauce.

For dinner i had some peas, mash potatoe, organic pork and apple sausages with an onion gravy and oh my goodness it was delicious! 
These food photos aren't from a typical 'Wednesday' they are of any days of the week hah!!
