The Edit | Top 6 Make Up Brushes

Today I have another edit post, where I talk about my top favourite make up brushes, I think I have previously done this before with 10 brushes, but today I want to chat about my all time essentials that I cant live without.

First up my real techniques buffing brush, you can get this in the core collection for £19.99. I am in desperate need of another one though as this one is now splitting hairs and it is so annoying. But despite that, such a brilliant brush to really pack the make up on and blend it in and apply for more coverage.
Secondly, my zoeva 102 silk finish brush, I use this for my first base of foundation as it helps to create a really nice even layer that I love. This is perfect if you like a lighter, thinner coverage but for me I go over it with the buffing brush for more coverage.
Another zoeva brush is my 109 luxe face paint brush. This brush is ideal for contour. I use it for powder contours as it creates such a sharp line and is easily blended out too, but it really helps angle the face and create depth and definition, such a great brush.

Next, my angled studio brush that I brought from superdrug in the sale in a set after Christmas, I use this for my mac soft and gentle highlighter as it is such a thin light brush it doesn't look too heavy, yet is easily buildable.
I brought this next brush off amazon in a set of 4, it's a brilliant fluffy brush for eyeshadow, this one is a slightly angled one so it is so easy to apply and can be done so quickly creating a really even finish. I use these brushes to blend two colours together and because they are so light and fluffy they do such a brilliant job, these were only about £1.99, i'll see if I can find the link for the set, but this one is my particular favourite.
Lastly, the newest brush in my collection is this one from Ellen Tracy that I have been trying to find for ages. It's a an brush that is insane for highlighting due to it being such a lightweight brush product can be applied for a light, but buildable coverage which I actually adore! I use this brush for my revolution highlighting set and it really helps finish my make up off nicely, I love this brush and brought it recently for tk maxx for about £5.99
